Neighborhood and public invited to discuss design of 31st Avenue SE improvements
A Public Input Meeting will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 15 at John Hoeven Elementary School, 3400 13th Street SE. The Public Input Meeting will utilize an open house format with a formal presentation at 7 p.m.
The purpose of the Public Input Meeting is to discuss the early design associated with proposed improvements to the nearly one-mile stretch of 31st Avenue SE, from Broadway to 13th Street SE. The project is scheduled to transform this roadway from a two-lane rural roadway to a three-lane concrete urban arterial road. The Public Input Meeting will provide opportunity for public input. City of Minot engineering staff and the design engineering team from Apex Engineering will be present to listen to community feedback and answer questions.
